Here is my genuine experience with this company:
-You will see the product listed and order it because it seems like a great price (artificial bait).
They will tell you they do not have it in stock but can find you one if you pay some more money(live bait).
At this point if you ask for a refund, they will still make you pay for a "restocking fee", but it's the least hurtful of their scam. If you agree to pay the extra amount of money (take the bait and the hook), your nightmare begins 2 weeks later when the used and defective item arrives at your place.
-When you contact them, it will take them longer to reply, and when they do, they will pretend that it was new and good wen they sent it.
-If at this point you tell them you're going to report them to your bank, they will suggest to send you another one if you give them more money.
-If you do not agree and ask to return the item, they will tell you to chip it to some abandoned warehouse in China (that will cost you about half what you already paid for), and they will ask you to lie to the postal service.
And when it gets there they will tell you that you broke the item after receiving it.
-If you agree (got hooked twice), they will send you another defective item in two weeks.
And it will keep going like that until you choose to return the defective items (return to paragraph 4).
When you're all frustrated and finally contact your bank, if bought it with a debit card, the bank will tell you how sorry they are but won't even be able to help you dispute the purchase. If you bought it with a credit card, they will pretend to be disputing it, but at the end won't be very helpful because your credit card company can't sue them where they are.(you got seasoned, roasted and and eaten).
It is nothing but a SCAM.
Buy your items from renown websites like NewEg Amazon.

- Bad product will be shipped to you

They show new items and they sent an old piece of junk with missing parts. Don't buy from them, because you're going to lose your money like I did.

I know its not my ram because I checked both of them and they are both functional. I hope to get this fixed as soon as possible.
Faulty motherboard
I wish I could give zero stars. IF ANYONE IS THINKING OF BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY PLEASE THINK TWICE.
So I ordered an msi z97 mpower max/ac early March despite seeing multiple critical reviews that the motherboards were faulty or not as described and everything. They canceled my order after like a week saying they cant deliver because of pandemic i said Alright. Then i was told if i paid $42 for shipping i would have the motherboard delivered in 7-9days through special delivery. I had important projects so I paid $42 extra shipping.
I waited till the 9th day and When i emailed the customer care they told it was still on the way at the end of April they Emailed me saying it was delivered to the wrong address for DHL mistaking the zipcode then I contacted dhl and again confirmed the address they delivered it to my previous address since i had already moved to new apartment i got motherboard more than a month After it was ordered and they offered me refund for shipping then when I used the motherboard my PC didn't even boot even my psu is 850w. And when i showed it to a pc repair they said the motherboard is faulty and one of the usb hub/port was also broken.
I should have trusted the reviews before buying wasted my 231$ . Please dont buy from this buyer just see them reviews before you buy.

I purchased a motherboard on July 11,2019. It was defective when I got it. I paid for $120 and paid $50 to ship it back to them. Total spent $170. But I Only received $45 refund. They are cheater.
Bad Seller. They cheated me for $122.
