They sent the correct MB in a couple of weeks. $66 good deal. It was DOA, customer service includes pictures of some MB outside the box all plugged up and working. The problem must be with the customers computer or install, they say.... returns carry refund fee of original shipping fee ($$??) and a 15% restocking fee ($9) AND you pay for shipping. USPS shipping was $53, USPS $150.....what a ripoff business model.... Sad what to make a buck. Advise to review and steer clear. Final Customer service email below.
As you can see in our testing picture, this motherboard is indeed fully tested.
Sometimes the laptop problem are due to other hardware problem, as we have received many returned motherboard proved to be OK.
We will never ship out defected motherboard, it's against our principle. And besides, we cannot judge where the problem lies just according to your description.
If you insist it's a nonworking motherboard, what we can do is retest after you send it back.
